About Dr. Patel

Dr. Patel received her doctorates from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine as a Dean’s Merit Scholar and the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She grew up in the dental profession observing and volunteering at a dental practice from the age of eight. Her love of art, science, medicine and philosophy allowed her to pursue a career in healing and rehabilitating people with oral diseases while harmonizing the body for optimal health and wellness. She has spent the last 2 decades teaching and pursuing advanced education to provide integrative natural medicines and evidenced based care in Oral Medicine, Orofacial Pain and Dentistry. Dr. Patel also held academic positions as an Assistant Professor at UMDNJ and NYU where she attended to postgraduate GPR, OM, OFP programs and directed the clinical pre-doctoral program in OM, OFP and Special Needs.
